YOGHURT WITH CHIA AND HONEY - recipe by PEPE

The delicious and high-calorie breakfast we are used to can be replaced with a useful and nutritious glass of light cream, which will keep you full at least until noon.

We offer you an original PEPE recipe for your healthy breakfast!

Products

200 ml. yoghurt

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp sesame tahini, white

1 tsp honey

1/2 banana

Using a fork, mash the banana. Add yoghurt, tahini, honey and chia seeds to it. Stir well. Close in a jar and pack breakfast for the office or serve in a glass and consume an hour later. It is good to allow for some time for the chia seeds to stay in the mixture and turn into a jelly.
