250 g. hazelnut tahini
200 g. butter
200 g. dark chocolate
3 tablespoons of honey
3 tablespoons of hazelnut liqueur

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Mix the butter and chocolate on a steamer. When the pieces of chocolate are completely melted, remove from the heat and continue to stir until the ingredients are perfectly mixed. Add the hazelnut tahini and liqueur. Stir. In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks and add the honey. Mix them well. Add the mixture to the melted chocolate and hazelnut tahini. Beat the egg whites, carefully add them to the total mixture.
Cover a round pan with baking paper. Pour the prepared mixture into it and bake for 35-40 minutes until the cake is completely ready. Allow it to cool. Pour the the topping over the pieces of chocolate cake and serve with love to the people you love.
