Smoothie with Fruit and Hazelnut Tahini - recipe by PEPE

Is there anything more useful than a nutritious fruit smoothie for breakfast? This bliss, served in a jar, can keep you full at least until noon. There are all sorts of variations, but one of our favorites is a fruit smoothie with hazelnut tahini and chocolate shavings. It only takes five minutes to prepare it.



1 banana / can also use a frozen one/

7-8 strawberries

2 tbsp oatmeal

1 tbsp hazelnut tahini

200 ml. oat milk

1 tbsp honey


Wash the strawberries well. Put them in a blender. Add the peeled banana and the remaining ingredients. Blend. Serve with pieces of strawberries and sprinkle with white or fruit chocolate shavings.
